  Fresh® clear!

Dreve Dentamid now offers the first transparent impression material,
Fresh® clear
, to dentists working in the field of implantology.

Unique
During the whole process of impression taking the user clearly sees at which spots the implants have to be lead through the perforations in the transparent impression tray. As this offers the user a very precise control of the insertion movement, the perforations can be kept extremely small.

Stroke of genius
The unwanted pressing away of the impression material is avoided and the necessary pressure in the tray remains. Fresh® clear distinguishes by extremely high tear-resistance, elongation at break and further elongation at break which ensures an easy removal of the material.

Patient-friendly
In contrast to usual impression materials Fresh® clear is absolutely free of taste or odour.

Comfortable
The product is available in 5:1 cartridges which ensure a correct mixing ratio.

Result
Fresh® clear makes the impression process safer than current materials, even in case of complicated situations.

Fresh® clear!
„I want to see what happens!“

Fresh® clear experience report

We have used Fresh® clear in our dental surgery (Ganz & Wiethölter) for opened and closed implant impressions as well as hybrid works and secondary impressions for telescope works.
  Dentist Dietmar Wiethölter
The impression

We used Fresh® clear in the big cartridge in the Pentamix 2. Additionally we took a transparent impression tray and Fresh® adhäsiv for a better bonding with the tray. After considering the structures of which the impression was to be taken, the size of the tray was verified in order to ensure that the silicone layer in the tray would be sufficient. For an open impression the tray was perforated with a cutter. 15 minutes before every impression taking the tray was covered with the adhesive. While the dentist and one assistance were keeping the mouth situation dry, the second assistance filled the impression tray which was then put into the patient’s mouth. Now the big advantage of Fresh® clear became obvious. From the beginning all working steps can be seen and controlled easily. After having removed the thread for keeping the teeth dry, we have injected Fresh® light around the prepared teeth (double mixing / sandwich technique) for hybrid constructions. This material distinguishes by an exceptionally high exactitude and tear-resistance.

Advantages in the dental surgery
  • visual contact to the abutments and / or transfer caps
  • no annoying search for screws
  • higher stacking pressure due to smaller perforations in the tray
  • control of the position of primary parts in secondary impressions
  • excellent exactitude and tear-resistance, especially in combination with Fresh® light
Advantages in the laboratory
  • exact verification of the situation of abutments / laboratory analogues in case of repositioning
  • bubble-free filling thanks to excellent visual control

For dentists working in the field of implants, for orthodontists as well as dental laboratories a transparent impression material like Fresh® clear offers a lot of advantages. The visual control of the impression process in connection with well adapted materials offers a considerably better result than usual.
